This competition will focus on all acrobatic skills. Scores will be judged based on a combination of creativity, difficulty, musicality, proficiency, and ability to evenly mix breaking skills (e.g. ground skills) with tricking skills (e.g. air skills).

These are some nifty skills often utilized in breaking and capoeira. They’re kind of like an angled/diagonal back walk over. Scott will provide students with step-by-step progressions for obtaining or improving these skills.

This is one of the neatest feeling skills I’ve ever learned. I just wish it had a simpler name, haha. It’s kind of like an angled front walk over. In fact, I do these so much, I often just call them “Angled Walk Overs” to avoid the challenging name and help people understand what I’m talking about. Anyway, Scott is an expert at these and he’ll train students on this skill.

Generally less scary than a back flip, but actually they’re technically more difficult. Scott will help students learn them. If you can already do front flips, then Scott will help you with your form and precision.
