This type of flexibility is crucial in ballet. It’s also involved in many martial arts kicks. Unfortunately, developing this flexibility is one of the riskiest for tearing a ligament. This workshop will train a variety of stretches, and Jamie will also teach you how to reduce injury risk when doing so.
